Leading industry partners

We work closely with leading industry partners to ensure our students and staff are prepared for the demands of an evolving digital landscape.

Recently, IBM has been delivering a series of specialist sessions on Artificial Intelligence (AI), providing students with direct exposure to cutting-edge technologies that are transforming industries worldwide. These sessions not only introduce learners to the fundamental principles of AI but also highlight its practical applications, giving them the confidence to explore innovative solutions within their own studies and future careers.

In parallel, we are collaborating with AtkinsRéalis, a global leader in engineering and project management, to strengthen the integration of cyber security across our curriculum. Their expertise is helping teaching staff embed cyber awareness, data protection and digital resilience into lessons across multiple disciplines. This ensures students not only understand the technical aspects of cyber security but also develop the critical thinking required to apply these principles in real-world contexts.

Together, these partnerships equip both learners and staff with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in a fast-changing technological environment.

Amazon’s Mini-Project

Testing your resilience as you collaborate with peers and pitch your ideas to a panel of experts against the clock.

We are proud to host the annual Amazon Mini-Project. Set your paces through an intensive week-long experience that mirrors the real-world challenges faced by Amazon teams. Throughout this immersive programme, students tackle genuine business problems, work collaboratively and develop innovative solutions with guidance from Amazon professionals. The project highlights how our employer partnerships bring industry expertise into the classroom while giving students the chance to gain hands-on experience, build professional skills and understand the standards of leading global companies.
